Sprint double at the National Championships

The National Athletics Championships in Accra closed with a sprint double in the women's 100m and 200m, and a championship record in the men's 400m.

The Technical Committee confirmed that the marks were wind-legal and timed with photo finish, so they count towards the qualification rankings for LA28.

The federation thanked the 42 technical officials who worked across the three days.
