About us

Who we are and what we do for sport in Ghana.

The G.O.C is the national Olympic committee. It recognises the national federations of Olympic and other sports, checks every year that they are in good standing, and enters Team Ghana for the Olympic Games and other multi-sport games.

What we do

  • Recognise national federations and review their good standing each year
  • Select and prepare Team Ghana, with the federations
  • Run Olympic Solidarity programmes for athletes, coaches and administrators
  • Promote the Olympic values in schools and communities
